Welcome!

I am a PhD candidate in Government and the Raymond Vernon Fellow at Harvard University. I am also a Hans J. Morgenthau Fellow (2025–26) at the Notre Dame Center for International Security, and Graduate Student Associate at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. My substantive research focuses on the dynamics of conflict and cooperation, with further works on diplomacy and crisis de-escalation.

Before graduate school, I trained as a lawyer at the University of Hong Kong by day, and worked as an open-source developer by night.

You can use this page to give me anonymous feedback on my teaching, my research, or anything you think I would find helpful.
